New handles on some old favourites

This gorgeous set was brought to us by a chef who has loved them for more than 25 years. They were gifted to him on completion of his apprenticeship by his proud mum. He describes them as his babies!

Over the years they have been knocked around and there were some cracks and melts in the plastic.

We disassembled them, gave them a deep clean, and we fitted them with some handcrafted gidgee scales with some sleek carbon fiber pins. After a good oil, polish, and sharpen, they have a new lease on life. We have been told it has rekindled his passion for cooking.
